This is a lawn installation we had did on a hill a ton of water running on to property because the lawns up hill aren't done yet and all the gutters face down hill.
It is coming up very nicely we seeded this about 10 days ago using a grass seed that takes a little longer but the wait is worth the quality of the lawn you will get if you properly up keep it.
